jete9 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly indicates otherwise:

• "jete9", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the jete9 platform accessible at jete9.io, including all affiliated entities, subsidiaries, agents, and licensees acting on its behalf.
• "Platform" means the jete9 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all services, games, features, content, and tools made available through it.
• "Player", "you", and "your" refer to any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the Platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), used to deposit funds, place wagers, and receive winnings.
• "Balance" means the sum of deposited funds and credited winnings held in a Player's Account, net of any withdrawals, wagers, and applicable fees.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive awarded to a Player by jete9 under specified promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit) must be staked in eligible games before any associated winnings become available for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jete9 before a Player may make a withdrawal or access certain Platform features.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct described in Clause 9 of these Terms & Conditions as being expressly forbidden on the Platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, which governs all time references on the Platform unless otherwise stated.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the jete9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

jete9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on the Platform at the time you access it is the version that governs your use. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a change is material, jete9 will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your Account.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

To be eligible to register and use the jete9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account remains active:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. jete9 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and any funds held in that Account will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal under applicable national or local law.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of jete9, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
5. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, currently in force on the Platform.
6. You have not previously had a jete9 Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, or any Prohibited Activity.

jete9 makes no representation that the Platform is legally available in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in the location from which you are accessing it. jete9 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited or restricted.

Each eligible individual may hold one Account only on the jete9 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, under a false name, or in combination with other persons — is a Prohibited Activity and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any detail changes.

Providing false information at registration — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jete9 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure, unless those losses arise directly from jete9's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

jete9 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in some circumstances, before enabling full Platform access. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of your residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet screen showing your registered mobile number)
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested for enhanced verification

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format. jete9 reserves the right to request additional documents if the initial submission does not meet verification standards. All transactions on jete9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jete9 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your Account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the originating institution. jete9 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 5 to 15 minutes following approval by our payments team, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

jete9 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal request. In cases where fraud is suspected, jete9 may delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation. Players will be notified of any hold placed on a withdrawal and will be given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information.

Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering and are not subject to any active bonus conditions may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus funds and winnings generated from Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Clause 7.

All promotions are governed first by their individual promotion-specific terms, and secondly by these general Terms & Conditions. Where a conflict exists, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that specific offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately to cash funds in your Account balance. Wagering requirements must be satisfied using cash funds, bonus funds, or a combination as specified in the promotion terms before bonus-derived winnings are released for withdrawal.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses on jete9 is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified. All wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Unmet wagering requirements result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10-20%). Crash games and sports bets contribute at the rate specified in the relevant promotion. The contribution rates for each game type are stated in the full promotion terms page.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met, or applied to restricted game categories.

jete9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time, to withhold bonus winnings if it suspects abuse of the promotion system, and to require full repayment of bonus funds where terms have been violated. Attempting to exploit or abuse the bonus system — including through arbitrage betting, matched betting using Bonus funds, or the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer — constitutes a Prohibited Activity.

All bets placed on jete9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, market, or casino game. These rules are published within each game or sportsbook market and form part of the agreement between jete9 and the Player in respect of that wager.

The following general betting rules apply across all products on the Platform:

• A bet or wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by jete9's system and a unique bet reference number has been generated. Until that confirmation is received, the bet has not been accepted.
• All sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of your bet confirmation are the odds at which your wager is settled.
• jete9 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any individual wager, market, or event at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error or pricing error may be voided by jete9. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your Account.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Any bets placed during a suspension will be voided and stakes returned.
• For cricket markets, jete9 follows internationally recognised cricket rules as published by the International Cricket Council (ICC). In the event of match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments, or other exceptional circumstances, settlement will follow the specific rules published in the relevant market description.
• Casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by the respective game providers. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

jete9 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all game outcomes and bet settlements are accurate. In the event of a manifest error in settlement, jete9 reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle the affected wager, regardless of whether funds have already been credited to or debited from a Player's Account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jete9 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the Platform
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploitation of known or suspected errors must be reported to jete9 immediately and will not be paid out
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, especially in live poker or live casino environments
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms or generate guaranteed profits from jete9 promotions
• Depositing funds using a payment method that is not registered in your own name
• Charging back or reversing a deposit transaction through your payment provider while retaining winnings or bonuses generated from those funds
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jete9 support staff or other Players

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your jete9 Account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service, and not sharing your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

jete9 will never contact you by any means — including email, live chat, social media, or telephone — to ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from jete9 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jete9 support at [email protected] immediately to freeze your Account pending investigation. jete9 will make reasonable efforts to secure your Account upon notification, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred before you reported the breach unless jete9's own security systems were the direct cause of the compromise.

However, no system is entirely immune to security risks, and Players are encouraged to exercise caution when accessing their Account from shared or public devices.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

The names, logos, and trademarks of third-party game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by jete9 under licence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jete9's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or anticipated savings
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures

• Losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude jete9's liability for death or personal injury caused by jete9's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

jete9 collects, stores, processes, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on the Platform at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
